PocketDNA Refund Policy

If you are an end user customer and wish to return a product that you have directly purchased from SalesDNA.com.au Pty Limited, we are happy to offer a refund under our 15 day refund policy. All you have to do is send your purchase confirmation email (receipt) and the reason why you'd like a refund to support@salesdna.com.au within 15 days of the date of invoice.

This policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.

If the purchased content has been consumed or downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

We do not offer refunds for products after the 15 day refund period.

If you are an organisation that bought the products under a written agreement with SalesDNA.com.au Pty Limited, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products from those specified in this policy.
